Shipping Policy 

  • We ship across Canada and USA
  • Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD and $55 USD
  • Tracking takes 24 hours to 48 hours to update on carrier websites 
  • Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location relative to our Toronto facility. 
  • Delivery typically takes 4-6 business days for US Shipments, depending on your location relative to our Canada facility.
  • Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed on Fridays will ship on Monday. 
  • Shipping charges to the following provinces will be $14.99;
  1.  New Brunswick
  2. Newfoundland and Labrador
  3. Northwest Territories
  4. Prince Edward Island
  5. Yukon
  • Express shipping (2 to 3 Business days) is $21.99

Return & Exchange Policy

Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold by us are 100% authentic and guaranteed. While we do not purchase directly from brand owners or manufacturers, we source all products through authorized distributors and reputable resellers operating within legitimate channels of trade. We strictly do not sell counterfeit, imitation, or knock-off products.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened ( Once the perfume is open No return) 

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include all original contents without modification

Items that have been opened, used, altered, or returned after 14 days from delivery are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the reason for return.

  • For Canadian orders, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 CAD will be deducted from the refund amount. This applies even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

  • For U.S. orders, $25 USD will be deducted from the refund amount to cover shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned items have been received and inspected. The refund process may take 7–14 business days from the date the return is received. No refunds will be issued during this processing period.

Damaged, Defective, or Authenticity Claims

If a product is damaged during shipping or handling, customers must notify us in writing within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Claims submitted after this 24-hour period will not be reviewed or accepted.

To initiate a claim, customers may be required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including the product, packaging, and shipping box.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for damaged or defective items unless otherwise required by law. The original item must be returned in its entirety to qualify for an exchange. Failure to return the item will void the claim.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, and the claim is approved at our sole discretion, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

Authenticity Disputes

Claims alleging that a product is “fake,” “not authentic,” or “not genuine” will not be accepted as valid grounds for return, refund, or chargeback. All products sold by us are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and are sourced through authorized distributors and legitimate channels of trade.

We reserve the right to deny any claim or return request that we determine to be unfounded, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our policies.

Exchanges

Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If the original item is unavailable, we will offer a comparable product of equal value.

Return to Sender Policy

  • Orders returned to us by the courier due to failed delivery attempts will be refunded minus a flat fee of $19.90 to cover two-way shipping costs.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Process 

 

  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and an unpaid return label if requested.

 

  • Please note: Only unopened items are eligible for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds 

  •  We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Note that your bank may take some time to process the refund. 


Important Note:
 

  •  Use a traceable carrier for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages sent via non-traceable services. 

 

  •  Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

My Royal Musk – Lost or Stolen Package Policy

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the courier with valid proof of delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Proof of Delivery

An order is considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery through tracking status, delivery scan, GPS confirmation, or delivery photo.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Royal Musk is not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders marked as delivered.

Exclusions

My Royal Musk is not liable for:

  • Theft after delivery

  • Packages left unattended by the carrier

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages received by household members, building staff, or neighbors

Carrier & Police Reports

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly and file a police report if theft is suspected. Royal Musk may provide delivery confirmation upon request.

Fraud Prevention

Claims are monitored for abuse. Repeated or suspicious claims may result in denial of future service.

Final Sale on Delivered Orders

All delivery confirmations are considered final. Royal Musk’s decision regarding lost or stolen packages is final.
