My Royal Musk – Lost or Stolen Package Policy
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the courier with valid proof of delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
Proof of Delivery
An order is considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery through tracking status, delivery scan, GPS confirmation, or delivery photo.
Lost or Stolen Packages
My Royal Musk is not responsible for packages reported as lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders marked as delivered.
Exclusions

Carrier & Police Reports
Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly and file a police report if theft is suspected. Royal Musk may provide delivery confirmation upon request.
Fraud Prevention
Claims are monitored for abuse. Repeated or suspicious claims may result in denial of future service.
Final Sale on Delivered Orders
All delivery confirmations are considered final. Royal Musk’s decision regarding lost or stolen packages is final.
Billing & Shipping Address Verification Policy
At Royal Musk, we are committed to protecting our customers and preventing unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. To ensure the security of all purchases, the following Billing and Shipping Address Verification Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
Address Matching Requirement
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the billing address associated with their payment method matches the shipping address provided at checkout.
Orders containing mismatched billing and shipping addresses may be subject to additional verification procedures before processing and shipment.
Verification Process
If a billing address and shipping address do not match, Royal Musk reserves the right to contact the customer via email to request additional documentation to verify the identity of the purchaser and the legitimacy of the transaction.
Acceptable verification documents may include, but are not limited to:
- Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Driver's License, Passport, Provincial or State Identification Card)
- Proof of address documentation (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence)
- Additional supporting documentation deemed necessary by Royal Musk
All submitted documentation must be valid, current, and clearly legible.
Shipping Address Change Requests
For security purposes, any request to modify or change a shipping address after an order has been placed may require identity verification.
Customers requesting shipping address changes may be required to provide documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and proof of address, before the requested change can be approved.
Address verification reviews may result in a delay of up to 24 business hours or longer, depending on the complexity of the verification process.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to:
- Provide accurate billing and shipping information at the time of purchase.
- Ensure that all information submitted during checkout is complete and correct.
- Respond promptly to verification requests.
- Provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by Royal Musk.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays to order processing and shipment.
Order Cancellation Rights
Royal Musk reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to place an order on hold, refuse shipment, or cancel any order if:
- Billing and shipping addresses do not match and verification cannot be completed;
- Requested verification documentation is not provided;
- Submitted documentation is incomplete, illegible, altered, expired, or otherwise unsatisfactory;
- The customer fails to respond to verification requests within a reasonable period; or
- Royal Musk reasonably suspects fraudulent, unauthorized, or suspicious activity.
If an order is canceled under these circumstances, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Fraud Prevention
Royal Musk reserves the right to implement additional fraud prevention and identity verification measures at any time to protect our customers, payment processors, and business operations.
