Shipping Policy 

• We ship across Canada and USA
• Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD and $75 USD
• Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your location relative to our Toronto facility. 
• Delivery typically takes 4-6 business days for US Shipments, depending on your location relative to our Canada facility.
• Orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders placed on Fridays will ship on Monday. 
• For returns, customers cover the shipping cost, but we can provide an unpaid return label upon request. 
• By completing your purchase, you agree that we will only replace or compensate for items that are defective. 
• Shipping charges to the following provinces will be $14.99;

1.  New Brunswick
2. Newfoundland and Labrador
3. Northwest Territories
4. Prince Edward Island
5. Yukon

• Express shipping (2 to 3 Business days) is $21.99

Return & Exchange Policy 

• You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. 
• Returns are accepted for unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days. Items opened or returned after 15 days are ineligible. 
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. 
• Exchanges or replacements are based on availability, and we’ll aim to match the original purchase or offer a comparable item. 

Return Process

2. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and an unpaid return label if requested. 
3. Please note: Only unopened items are eligible for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds 

• We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Note that your bank may take some time to process the refund. 

Important Note: 

• Use a traceable carrier for returns, as we are not responsible for lost packages sent via non-traceable services. 
• Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
